Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef, pork or chicken

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • 14 ounces shredded cabbage

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 1 tsp ground ginger

  • 2 tsp sriracha

  • 1 egg

  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil

  • 2 Tbsp sliced green onions

Directions

  • In a wok or a large pan, brown the meat until done. Add the garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
  • Add the cabbage, soy sauce, ginger and saute until desired tenderness.
  • Make a well in the center of the wok/pan and add the egg. Scramble over low heat until done.
  • Stir in sriracha and drizzle with sesame oil. Garnish with Green onion and serve with additional sauce sauce and/or sriracha if desired.
