Keto Egg Roll in a Bowl

1 lb ground beef, pork or chicken
1 tsp minced garlic
14 ounces shredded cabbage
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp sriracha
1 egg
1 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp sliced green onions
Directions
- In a wok or a large pan, brown the meat until done. Add the garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
- Add the cabbage, soy sauce, ginger and saute until desired tenderness.
- Make a well in the center of the wok/pan and add the egg. Scramble over low heat until done.
- Stir in sriracha and drizzle with sesame oil. Garnish with Green onion and serve with additional sauce sauce and/or sriracha if desired.
