Keto Butter Cookies (or Snickerdoodles!)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour (NOT MEAL!)

  • 3 Tbsp Swerve

  • 3 Tbsp salted butter, softened (NOT melted)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

  • cinnamon (optional – for “snickerdoodle” flavor)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine all ingredients thoroughly in a mixing bowl until a dough is formed. If still too crumbly, try combining with your hands.
  • Roll into 10 1-inch balls and place on cookie sheet at least 2 inches apart. Flatten with fork or shape into your own desired shape or pattern.
  • Bake 10 minutes or until golden on the edges
  • Allow cookies to cool completely as they will be too soft to eat when they initially come out of the oven.
  • Enjoy as butter cookies or sprinkle with cinnamon for a “snickerdoodle” flavor!
