Keto Butter Cookies (or Snickerdoodles!)

1 cup almond flour (NOT MEAL!)
3 Tbsp Swerve
3 Tbsp salted butter, softened (NOT melted)
1/2 tsp vanilla
cinnamon (optional – for “snickerdoodle” flavor)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine all ingredients thoroughly in a mixing bowl until a dough is formed. If still too crumbly, try combining with your hands.
- Roll into 10 1-inch balls and place on cookie sheet at least 2 inches apart. Flatten with fork or shape into your own desired shape or pattern.
- Bake 10 minutes or until golden on the edges
- Allow cookies to cool completely as they will be too soft to eat when they initially come out of the oven.
- Enjoy as butter cookies or sprinkle with cinnamon for a “snickerdoodle” flavor!
